SDA Match is free to join and use. We offer an optional premium subscription at $6.99 per month (USD), billed monthly. Premium unlocks unlimited messaging, full visibility into who liked you, AI chemistry insights, and worldwide reach. All core features — creating a profile, swiping, matching, and messaging your matches — remain free.

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time from the subscription settings in the App. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain premium access until that period ends.

Because subscriptions are billed for a defined period and you keep access through the end of that period after cancelling, we generally do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods of inactivity.

We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases such as a duplicate charge, a verified billing error, or where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.

To request a refund or report a billing problem, contact us at support@sdamatch.app within 30 days of the charge. Please include the email associated with your account and the date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
