SDA Match is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and over. You may not use the App if you are under 18, and you may not allow any minor to access your account.

• We have zero tolerance for any content or activity that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor.
• Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM) is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities.
• Do not solicit personal information from, or arrange to meet, anyone you know or believe to be under 18.

SDA Match is not a platform for adult or sexually explicit material. You may not:

• Post or share nude, pornographic, or sexually explicit images or text in your profile or messages.
• Offer, advertise, or solicit prostitution, escort services, "sugar" arrangements, or any other sexual services in exchange for money or goods.
• Use the App to direct members to external pornographic, webcam, or adult-content sites.
• Send unsolicited sexual content or pressure another member into sexual conversation or contact.

SDA Match is for genuine connection, not financial gain. You may not:

• Engage in romance scams, "catfishing," or any scheme to deceive members for money or personal gain.
• Solicit money, gifts, cryptocurrency, loans, donations, or financial information from other members.
• Promote investment opportunities, multi-level marketing, or other commercial or promotional schemes.
• Impersonate another person, use a false identity, or create fake or duplicate profiles.
• Attempt to move payments or transactions off-platform to evade our safeguards.

Treat every member with the respect and dignity our community is built on. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate any member.
• Post hate speech or content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic.
• Share another person's private or identifying information without consent ("doxxing").
• Promote, facilitate, or engage in any illegal activity, including the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or stolen goods.
• Post content that depicts or glorifies violence, self-harm, or terrorism.
• Send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited bulk communications.

To keep SDA Match safe and reliable, you may not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App or collect member data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the App or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent any safety, security, or content-moderation measure.

If you encounter a member or content that violates this policy, please report it using the in-app report tools or contact us at support@sdamatch.app. We review reports and take action, which may include warnings, content removal, suspension, or permanent removal from the community.

We may, in our sole discretion, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate any account that violates this AUP, with or without notice. Serious violations — including those involving minors, fraud, or illegal activity — may be reported to payment providers and law enforcement.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
