By creating an account or using SDA Match ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SDA Match. By using the App you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

SDA Match is a faith-based community for Seventh-day Adventist singles. You agree to:

• Be honest and authentic in your profile information
• Treat other members with respect and dignity
• Not use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Not send unsolicited, offensive, or harassing messages
• Not post content that is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate
• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity

A full list of prohibited conduct and content is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

SDA Match offers optional premium features for $6.99/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, profile text, messages). By submitting content, you grant SDA Match a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

We do not sell your personal content to third parties.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab.

SDA Match is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the App will be error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDA Match shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
